Division-9 and I worked together on the Aldine ISD School Conversions project — an incredibly logistically challenging and time constrained endeavor — where they replaced tile in over 100 restrooms mostly while the schools were still in use. I found them to be flexible team players. Their strength is clearly Customer Service: they are very good at making potentially large problems small or non-problems at all. I enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anyone.

A great no fuss experience. The project manager and owner came out to do the initial evaluation of our floors. The quote they gave us was reasonable and I liked the fact that they offered to work around our schedules (I travel out of town a lot for work). Would use them again definitely. Wish they did pool installations, since that job is next.

Great service by Division 9. When Harvey came it flooded the yard but not the house. A lot of my topsoil got washed away and the grass wouldn't grow back. Plus I had dogs. The yard looked like a mud hole.They came and installed French Drains and connected all the gutters to the system. They covered it up outside the wall and UNDER it so you wouldn't see this big pipe coming out. It ends discretely outside so the water can drain to the street. The yard is now perfectly leveled and drains extra water away from my home. Job took only 3 days to complete! I got some awesome leveling and new grass for my furbabies to roll in. Juan installed this nifty gate in the back so I can have options for where my pets can be as well!

We are renovating our apartment community in Conroe and getting our mirror frames from Division 9. They are very professional and quick to respond to emails, calls, and if there is ever a broken frame in shipment, they have replaced it. Would recommend them to others and have no complaints!

Our Senior Staff averages in excess of 25 years of experience, and have worked for some of the largest Construction Service Providers in the country. We have honed our leadership and construction skills, and have developed our team with a strong background in this industry.

Do you do remodeling work also or are you just a custom home builder?

Yes, we absolutely do remodeling work! We are well-known in the area as one of the best design-build firms, but much of our business is remodeling work.

We can handle any type of remodeling project from design to completion.

Do you have in-house designers and can you do construction documents?

YES!, we do have in-house designers and we can definitely help you with your construction documents; Our experienced team comes from strong backgrounds in Architecture, Interior Design, and Construction, allowing us to have a 360-degree view of our field.

How many years of experience does your company have?

Division 9 Inc has over 30+ years of combined experience. We are a Design-Build Firm, that means we will handle your project from the sketches until completion. Our line of business includes residential, commercial and multi-family.

How will I choose materials, colors, etc? Do you help with that part of the process?

More often than not, our clients prefer to make these selections on their own, but Division 9 will be happy to offer guidance with paint selections and design choices if desired. If you wish, we can also one of our designers to help with your project.
