The Sovereign is one of Houston’s premier luxury apartment buildings that bills itself as “Supreme City Living”. Their location towers over Allen Parkway, River Oaks and Downtown Houston creating an ideal lookout over the bustling city.

To further envelope their tenants in their idea of luxury, they contracted installed in the dining and living areas of the apartment units to contrast and stand out from the soft off-white colors of the room. Woven stretch-in carpet was installed to reinforce the idea of the calming feeling of being at home. As for the amenities, we installed a 2,800 SF rubber floor which isn’t just a choice for comfort. The rubber floor works to absorb shock and noise as well as aid in the momentum of those undergoing their workout.
